The most important Fusarium toxin is deoxynivalenol (DON). We offer the analysis of grain samples for DON via HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) and ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay). In addition to continuously checking the analysis results by measuring standards, we document the condition of the sample used for the analysis by means of high-resolution photos and automated counting of the pruinescent grains (see image for typical symptoms of Fusarium infestation).
