Exogenous effects on estrogen mediated physiological processes in vertebrates are reflected by the biomarker\/ endpoint vitellogenin (VTG).\u00a0We have developed the next generation of Vitellogenin ELISA test systems to measure VTG in blood, tissue homogenates and\u00a0<\/span>skin mucosa.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>The mucosa technology is validated by US EPA for laboratory testing (<\/span>open paper<\/a>). The suitability for field monitoring is confirmed by The School of the Environment (<\/span>open paper<\/a>) (Trent University, Peterborough, ON, Canada)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
